SellSoFast is a communication, listing, and storefront hosting platform only. It allows users to post listings, operate seller storefronts, and communicate with potential buyers or sellers. Seller storefronts are created and managed entirely by individual users.
SellSoFast is not a buyer, seller, broker, distributor, manufacturer, reseller, payment processor, shipper, inspector, certifier, or guarantor in any transaction. SellSoFast does not process, hold, or transfer payments of any kind. SellSoFast is not responsible for:
All transactions are arranged directly between users, entirely outside of and independent from the Platform.
The existence of a listing, storefront, verified badge, account, seller profile, or communication thread on SellSoFast does not mean SellSoFast endorses, approves, certifies, inspects, guarantees, or recommends that user, store, item, product, service, or transaction.
You are fully and solely responsible for:
Sellers are solely responsible for the safety, legality, accuracy, quality, condition, labeling, warnings, instructions, recalls, and suitability of any item they list or provide to another user.
Users are responsible for determining whether an item is safe, lawful, appropriate, authentic, and suitable before buying, selling, using, possessing, gifting, or reselling it.
By uploading photos or other content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share that content.
SellSoFast does not manufacture, inspect, test, repair, certify, approve, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any item, product, service, seller, buyer, store, listing, description, photo, or transaction.
All items listed through SellSoFast are offered by independent users. Sellers are solely responsible for the products and items they list, including their condition, safety, legality, warnings, instructions, defects, recalls, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Buyers and users assume all risk associated with purchasing, receiving, possessing, using, repairing, modifying, gifting, reselling, or relying on any item obtained through or discovered on SellSoFast.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellSoFast and Seek Stars LLC are not liable for any injury, death, burn, allergic reaction, illness, property damage, financial loss, product defect, recalled product, unsafe product, misuse, failure to warn, failure to inspect, shipping problem, or other harm arising from any item, product, service, listing, storefront, communication, or transaction involving users of the Platform.
You may not use SellSoFast to list, sell, buy, or promote:
SellSoFast may remove listings and suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of this policy or for any other reason.
All transactions arranged through SellSoFast are solely between the buyer and seller. You assume all risk associated with any transaction you enter into.
We strongly recommend that you:
SellSoFast cannot guarantee the honesty, accuracy, or safety of any transaction, user, or listing.
SellSoFast may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account or listing for reasons including but not limited to:
You retain ownership of any content you upload, including photos and listing text. By posting content on SellSoFast, you grant SellSoFast a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and use that content for the purpose of operating and moderating the Platform. This license ends when your content is removed from the Platform.
While SellSoFast uses reasonable measures to protect user information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SellSoFast does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellSoFast and Seek Stars LLC are not liable for:

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.
SellSoFast may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
